"PREDICTIVE ANALYSIS OF ANXIETY INDICES IN PEOPLE WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER"
Individuals
with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) have high anxiety indexes because of the
complexity of social interactions. From the conceptual perspective of the
diagnostic process, the clinical personality characteristics that share it,
such as the unforeseen contextual can mean factors that raise the anxiety
processes of those people.
Therefore,
this research has the general aim of analysing predictive models responsible
for the increase of anxiety in these people. The study involved a total of 111
students with ASD, through the answers given by professionals who participate
directly in their educational process to a questionnaire ad hoc.
Results found,
measured through the statistical regression equation, conclude that variables
diagnosis and unpredictability are included in predictive no differences were
found regarding anxiety levels in relation to the following variables: level of
diagnosis, age and sex of the participants.
